Continuing the tradition, here’s a classic video part taken from Dan Wolfe’s Eastern Exposure 3: Underachievers (1996). The video’s premise was to highlight a handful of select pros on the east coast, but one part stood out among the bunch. Ricky Oyola tore it up with a combination of speed, big wheels, raw talent, and fearlessness on the streets of Philadelphia.
